The annual European Conference on Information Retrieval is the main European forum for the presentation of new research results in the field of Information Retrieval. The 35th ECIR conference will take place in Moscow, Russia, from the 24th to the 27th of March 2013. The conference is organised by , the most popular search engine and most visited website in Russia, in cooperation with one of Russia’s best rated and fastest growing universities, the Higher School of Economics, and supported by BCS IRSG. The conference encourages the submission of high quality research papers on a variety of topics reporting original, previously unpublished results. Conference proceedings will be published by Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), Springer Verlag-Germany.
