Submission Guidelines

The ECIR 2013 conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. All paper submissions must be written in English following the LNCS author guidelines. Full papers must not exceed 12 pages including references and figures, posters and demos must not be longer than 4 pages. At the conference, full papers will be presented orally. Posters and demonstrations will be presented at a special posters and demonstrations session.

Papers and posters will undergo double-blind peer review, so authors should take reasonable care not identify themselves in their submissions. Demo submissions are not anonymous and should preferably contain a link to an online demo.

The deadlines for submissions are available here. All deadlines assume Hawaii time-zone.

Please, note, that the abstract submission deadline for full papers is earlier than the full paper submission deadline.

To submit a full paper, poster or demonstration, please go to the ECIR 2013 submission site:

At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the paper if accepted for publication.
