Digital October Center
The main conference (25 - 27 March, 2013) will be held at the Digital October Center, located in the very heart of Moscow on the grounds of the former famous Red October Chocolate Factory, on Bolotny Island in the middle of Moskva river connected to the mainland by many pedestrian bridges. The factory space is “just a few steps away” from the major attractions: Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts and the Tretyakov Gallery. It is also located in just 10 minutes walking distance from the Kropotkinskaya station at the Red line of the Moscow metro, which makes it easily accessible from any part of the city. The Red October area is rapidly becoming the city’s premier cultural destination, which means that it’s constantly being filled with galleries, photo studios, tv stations, publishing houses and, of course, trendy bars and restaurants. Conferences and workshops of very high level are regularly organized at Digital October centre.
